1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Only what the service needs:

  • Your email address and language.
  • What you tell us about your case: the description, error messages or URLs, links to code, what you tried, messages, and the files you upload.
  • The case record: quote versions, the acceptance date, the version of the Terms you accepted, states and dates, the delivery summary and payment references.
  • As evidence of your acceptance, a keyed hash of your IP address and browser user agent. We don't store them in clear.
  • To prevent abuse, keyed hashes of IP addresses and email addresses in our rate limits. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person.
  • Payment references from PayPal or Mercado Pago, such as the order ID, amount and currency. We never see your card details.

3. Why we use it

To evaluate, quote, deliver and guarantee your case; to send you the emails about it; to prove what was agreed and delivered; to keep the service safe from abuse; and to meet tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who processes it for us

These providers process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above, and some of them outside Argentina:

  • Cloudflare: hosting of this site and the human check (Turnstile).
  • Fly.io: hosting of our API and the antivirus that scans uploaded files.
  • Supabase: database and private file storage.
  • Resend: sending emails.
  • PayPal and Mercado Pago: processing payments and refunds.

5. Artificial intelligence

We don't send your code, files or case details to artificial intelligence providers. If that changes, we'll update this policy and name the provider before doing it.

6. How long we keep it

Technical material exists only while we need it. Once the work is delivered, we delete attachments, ZIPs, local clones, dumps, technical logs and any temporary credentials. The guarantee does not keep a copy: if a claim needs access again, we ask for it again. There is no general 30-day retention of your code.

We keep the case record (contact, accepted quote and Terms versions, price, states, delivery summary and payment references) to prove the agreement, and tax documents for the period the law requires. If a legal obligation, a dispute or fraud requires keeping something longer, we keep only what is needed for that.

7. Cookies and storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your private case link is kept in your browser's session storage while the tab is open and is not sent in the address of any page. Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own storage to do the human check.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [OWNER: contact email]. Data we must keep by law is kept for that period only. In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority for personal data.

9. Security

Access to your case is by a private link that we store only as a hash. Files are private, scanned by an antivirus before anyone opens them, and downloaded only through short-lived signed links. Our logs don't contain case content, code or payment data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its date.
